We no longer cover cakes in fondant,we only use it as accents . We have 2 buttercream choices,American Buttercream and Swiss Buttercream,Then you also have the option of chocolate Ganache to rock your cake with.Keep in mind that it may come in different colors or be painted on. We use Fresh,Gumpaste and Edible Dried Flowers for your cakes.
